I've soaked up a lot of information in the last year...
It's time to see what get's rung out and what get's written in stone.

Hello all you loyal followers,

I got a job at Full Sail University as Lab Specialist for the Motion Graphics.
This has been a great opportunity for me and I'm trying my best to use it properly.
So far it's been an interesting experience learning from the students.
Light has been shedding all around me, memories reemerging, and my life getting back on track.

So what have I been doing again?
Networking with freelancers, bands, tutorials, and people who need graphics of any kind.

BANDS
I've emailed Sleigh Bells and Analog Rebellion (PlayRadioPlay).
Unfortunately Sleigh Bells has been busy with sold out shows, but Dan Hunter got in contact recently.
He's excited to be working with me again and we'll be talking about music video ideas after his July 31st show.

SLEIGH BELLS
I won't let the lack of communication deter me from finishing the music video for the band. I've also created a bandanna for them as a side project.

FREELANCERS
Dave Dennisson:
Works as a VJ (Visual Jockey), I'll be following him to learn how to mix for live venues and create interesting backdrops for bands. I'm really excited about this because it combines two of my passions! <3
Jonathon Andrews:
Is pioneering a new music website and I will be creating an intro, editing clips, and misc video assignments
Zoe Murakami:
Is an upcoming artist/producer that needs a new myspace layout. Hopefully we'll start communicating more soon.

TUTORIALS
I've begun to freshen up in 3D with Cinema 4D.
Learning the new CS5 features for my favorite programs like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

Hey people,

I decided to remove more than half my gallery throwing it to the scraps.
So if you'd like to see my old gems you'll have to check there.

Also I've added links to some of my deviations that will help visitors link to similar projects they might like.

Overall this update will hopefully attract more visitors and help them stay a little longer.

Well, I finally reached 100 deviations!

I'm excited and happy for the future of this portfolio.
My experimentation from the past has paid off and now I am becoming a much more "mature" artist.
In the future I will clearly define my style and begin to develop and explore new styles.
Thank you to everyone who has added favorites, watched, and commented on my pieces your motivation has kept me going.

I end this entry by saying, watch out I'm zerking it.
